A note from April
I teach at a title one school, and students come to school hungry and needing hygiene products, clothing, etc. I ALWAYS make sure I have food for any student who is hungry. I’ve bought clothes and countless shoes for my students, but the amount of food I have furnished beats them all. I will not let them go hungry. When I get help for my classroom, that’s more money I can put towards food or other essentials for my students. I will add food on my list, but sometimes I feed a students a day and sometimes I don’t find a hungry child for months. They know they can come to me and I love to be able to feed them. I’ve even taken tubs of food to a students house. I just can’t over look hungry! 😢

Adopt April’s classroom
A wishlist is one moment in a long year. Supplies run out, holiday projects need their own things, and the snack drawer is empty again by February. Adopting means April can tell you what comes up next, and how the year is going in the room itself.
