A note from David

I teach Business, Personal Finance, and Computer Literacy to grades 7-12 in a small private school in Illinois as well as being the Technology Director of the school. We have a blend of students from many different backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. While this does present some challenges, our students want to succeed and I try my best to provide a warm and welcoming environment that is a safe place for them to be. We have a very limited budget and teachers often have to purchase things out of their own pocket to use in their classrooms. I’m trying to establish a small library in my classroom as well as get supplies that I need to help make my students and my school successful. Any help for my list is greatly appreciated.

Adopt David’s classroom

A wishlist is one moment in a long year. Supplies run out, holiday projects need their own things, and the snack drawer is empty again by February. Adopting means David can tell you what comes up next, and how the year is going in the room itself.
