A note from Dietra
I started a STEM/Lego Club at school because our students live in households with incomes that are at or below the poverty level. They don’t have Lego at home. They were so excited that there would be a club with access to Lego. We meet, during school, after school and during the summer. It’s a safe place for students to be where they can collaborate, build friendships, and learn. We will also work on making robots and rockets.
