A note from Janice
This is my 28th year as an educator, and I still get to wake up every day and do what I love. Teaching is more than a job to me—it’s a calling. Through all the changes, challenges, and long days, one thing has never changed: my students are my why. They are the reason I keep showing up, keep growing, and keep giving my best. Twenty-eight years later, I’m still grateful for the opportunity to make a difference, one child at a time.
