A note from Jennifer
I mainly teach middle school Vocal music, but the items on my list are for my homeroom students (except for the magnets - those are for my bulletin boards). I have a 7th grade homeroom, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Our administration wants it to be social but structured time in the afternoon, so board games and activities are the best way to do that organically. I have a few out now, and they really like those kinds of activities. Also, the games and activities can be used when I’m out and don’t have a music sub. Win-Win! Thanks for helping our teaching communities!
A book Jennifer recommends
When I taught elementary music, my favorite music classroom book was “Because” by Mo Willems.

A wishlist is one moment in a long year. Supplies run out, holiday projects need their own things, and the snack drawer is empty again by February. Adopting means Jennifer can tell you what comes up next, and how the year is going in the room itself.
