A note from Kerri
I teach a K-2 class for kids with severe autism. Most of my students don’t speak verbally and many use communication devices. They are learning to use devices throughout the entire day. Our day might look different but my students are so capable of learning with the right supports and motivation. I’m going into my 8th year of teaching. We go through materials fast. Sand and playdoh have to be regularly replaced. Books often get worn down quickly especially if it’s a preferred item. My students like having snacks and we use snacks to work on requesting preferred items. Thanks for your support!

Adopt Kerri’s classroom
A wishlist is one moment in a long year. Supplies run out, holiday projects need their own things, and the snack drawer is empty again by February. Adopting means Kerri can tell you what comes up next, and how the year is going in the room itself.
